"Every year thousands of people have to be by lifeboats after getting into at the coast.
I went to a massive sea festival in Cumbria to find out everything you to know about staying safe.
There were tall boats, really boats and some cool boats. Thousands of people from all over the come to look at the ships.

The lifeboat is really - it's used to save people who need help at .
Although the sea was calm when I visited, it can get really quickly - so the lifeboat are always at the ready.

I found out that some people have to be rescued after having problems with their boats.
Some people fall in, some are and some get into trouble on the beach.

I love living by the sea and now I just how to make sure I'm safe when I'm here".
